Driving Directions

Good Shepherd Lutheran Church is located at 601 N. University Drive (at the corner of Summit Avenue) in the city of Waukesha.

From the East: Coming from Milwaukee on westbound I 94
  Exit 293 at Highway T (Grandview Avenue).
  Turn left (south) in Grandview.
  Drive about 2 1/2 miles to Summit Avenue, Wisconsin highway 18.
  There is a light at the intersection, a Pizza Hut on the left, and a gas station on the southeast corner.
  Turn right (west) on Summit.
  Drive about 1/2 mile to University Drive.
  Good Shepherd is on the right (northeast) corner.
  Turn right (north) on University and immediately right into our parking lot.

From the East (local): Coming from downtown Waukesha westbound on Summit Avenue
  Cross Grandview Avenue. There is a light at the intersection, a Pizza Hut on the right, and a gas station on the southeast corner.
  Keep going straight across Grandview. Drive about 1/2 mile to University Drive.
  Good Shepherd is on the right (northeast) corner.
  Turn right (north) on University and immediately right into our parking lot.

From the West: Coming from Madison eastbound on I 94
  Exit 293 at Highway T (Grandview Avenue).
  Turn right (south) in Grandview.
  Drive about 2 1/2 miles to Summit Avenue, Wisconsin highway 18.
  There is a light at the intersection, a Pizza Hut on the left, and a gas station on the southeast corner.
  Turn right (west) on Summit.
  Drive about 1/2 mile to University Drive.
  Good Shepherd is on the right (northeast) corner.
  Turn right (north) on University and immediately right into our parking lot.

From the West (local): Coming from Dousman eastbound on Wisconsin 18 (Summit Avenue)
  Pass the Meadowbrook Shopping Center at highway TT (different from highway T)
  Drive about 3/4 mile to University Avenue.
  Good Shepherd is on the right (northeast) corner.
  Turn left (north) on University and immediately right into our parking lot.
  We are sometimes hard to spot coming from the west on highway 18.
  University Avenue is just past the crest of a small hill.
  Look for Good Shepherd on the left (northeast) corner.
  If you get to a big school on the left with a bright blue roof, you have passed us. Turn around and go about 1/4 mile back to the west.

From the South: Coming from Chicago on I 94
  Take I 894 around Milwaukee in the direction of Madison.
  Take I 94 westbound toward Madison. The exit from northbound I 894 to westbound I 94 is a left hand exit.
  You are now westbound on I 94. Drive about 10 miles to exit 293 highway T (Grandview Avenue) and follow the directions above for coming from the east.

From the South (local): Coming north on Grandview Avenue
  Cross Madison Avenue by Lowell School.
  Drive about 3/4 mile to Summit Avenue, Wisconsin highway 18.
  There is a light at the intersection, a gas station on the right, and a Pizza Hut on the northeast corner.
  Turn left (west) on Summit.
  Drive about 1/2 mile to University Drive.
  Good Shepherd is on the right (northeast) corner.
  Turn right (north) on University and immediately right into our parking lot.

From the North (local): Coming south on highway T (Grandview Avenue)
  Cross I 94
  Drive about 2 1/2 miles to Summit Avenue, Wisconsin highway 18.
  There is a light at the intersection, a Pizza Hut on the left, and a gas station on the southeast corner.
  Turn right (west) on Summit.
  Drive about 1/2 mile to University Drive.
  Good Shepherd is on the right (northeast) corner.
  Turn right (north) on University and immediately right into our parking lot.
