Two-and-a-half Year Old "Wee Ones" Classes

Morning classes meet Tuesday and Thursday from 9:00 a.m. - 11:30 a.m., September through May. The Two-and-a-half Year Old program helps young children become familiar with the preschool environment. We provide a positive, comfortable, and PLAYFUL "first" school experience for your child.

Three, Four, & Five Year Old Preschool Classes
NOW ENROLLING FOR 2010-11

Morning classes meet on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m., September through May. The program helps children to become more independent as they make the separation from family and become group members. In addition to our Pre-K learning themes and activities, children begin to develop socialization skills as they learn to share, take turns, form friendships, and follow school routines.

Our Philosophy
At Shepherd's Lambs, our teachers guide children as they learn to relate to others, and about God's love for them, while growing socially, intellectually, emotionally, and spiritually. Bible stories and themes are integrated into our regular preschool units, creating a unified faith-based curriculum.

We emphasize Pre-K academics, including learning numbers, colors, letters, and shapes; and participation in small and large muscle activities. Recognizing children learn at their own pace, we offer individual lessons in math and reading as well as hands-on activities in every area. Teachers guide and challenge each child to experience success so that she or he can be prepared for future learning experiences. Our three hour preschool helps prepare children for the traditional school experience.
